I’m certified in Health & Life Coaching and Psychology, and I’ve worked with behavioral corporations, youth advocacy programs, and nonprofits to drive real change.
I’ve volunteered in shelters, led outreach programs, and supported emerging leaders in becoming confident and purposeful.
I'm also a member of the International Coaching Federation and serve on the ICF Maryland Professional Development Committee.
